Core Beliefs

  • We believe in one God in three persons: God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe the Bible to be inspired by God in the original manuscripts, the inerrant infallible Word of God, and the final authority for faith and practice.
  • We believe that God created the earth as revealed in Genesis; that Adam and Eve were created in God’s image, but that they willfully chose sin resulting in mankind’s total inability to remedy himself from his lost condition.
  • We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ accomplished God the Father’s eternal purpose by completing prophesied redemption for sinners through his own substitutionary death on the cross; verified by his literal physical resurrection from the grave.
  • We believe that salvation is the gift of righteousness from God available to man by God’s grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ expressed in repentant confession of Christ as Lord and Savior.
  • We believe the Holy Spirit convicts men of sin and of righteousness and of judgment; that he guides believers into truth; and, that He is the supernatural agent in regeneration, baptizing believers into the Body of Christ, indwelling, and sealing them until the day of redemption.
  • We believe that the local church is comprised of born again believers responsible to go into all the world to make disciples of all nations, baptizing in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them them to observe all things Christ commanded.
  • We believe in two ordinances for the church that testify of the completed work of Christ, baptism and communion.
  • We believe in the premillennial imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ for the redeemed.
  • We believe in the resurrection of all men, the saved to eternal life, and the unsaved to judgment; the eternal salvation of the believer in a literal heaven and the eternal judgment of all who reject Jesus Christ.
